The medal of honor.
Bravery: 1 : the quality or state of being brave : courage
Big ?eng says: OH! hahahhahah I TOTALLY FORGOT SIA nah, she nv add, i nv whine too bad for her
This is bravery, too, or rather more incline towards confidence. What is the difference between bravery and confidence? I'm having a little problem myself, trying to highlight the obvious disparity between the 2.
Bravery 1: It's pretty sad, that I actually felt i need to be brave, to give up my seats, to those in need. For one, I am quite sensitive to my surroundings, wondering if my peers or even strangers, were to think of me as being very trying, or a hypocrite. Though this "fear" has already faded since a long long time ago, I strongly believe many of us still find it "hard" to have this "initiative" to STEP UP bravely for them.
Bravery 2: Speaking and standing up for your own sets of belief. I will never forget 2002, when I was wearing long pants, in 3b1. This very superficial teacher; Ms Tan Bee Bee came into our class, blaster-ed at everyone of us, for donating "pathetic" and "disgraceful" amounts of money to the NKF. The anger and rage we all had, no one speak up until ONE MAN, raised his voice and said...
"Donation is up to everyone's capacity, the amount does not matter" somewhere along this line
He is Kuan Bei Yu.
He basically shut that immature adult up, left her startling and gulping for air. The rest were history . . .
This is bravery, stepping up to the occasion.
The brave doesn't live forever but the cautious, doesn't live AT ALL
we only live young once, reach for the stars, only god knows what you're made of...
