Fishing fishing fishing fishing fishing... that was all that was on my mind nowadays. I do miss the babes and all but well fishing fishing fishing fishing ROAR!!! Plan to go on a Saturday morning but I had class and my dad advise me not to so I did as told.
Went on a sunday morning and tried West Coast Park... hmmm ain't a great place for fishes. The seabed was "modified" and it is really shallow, so many sanpans and boats as well as other water recreational activities. But i did get a few huge bites, no catch boo!
Like usual but this time did it alone i brought along my Shimano Sienna 4000, Berkley Lightning rod, 2 egg prata, 1/2kg of prawns, The Sunday Times, 1.5litre distilled water and the rest of the barang barangs.
The jetty read "No fishing allowed on deck. Fine $5000" like hell I'm gonna care? but i did, went there to cast and pull it back to the waterbreaker but there weren't any holes to rest my rod so well heck it, just put it at the railing on the deck, retreat to my shelter and read my papers.
Met people from all walks of lives, British, Germans, Japanese and our local buddies. Couple playing freesbie with their Schizu, toddlers walking on his own playing with grass, ah pehs looking for shelter and families taking a breather under that shade while I merely kept on reading my paper, admiring the scenery and peeping at my rod.
Ate my prata half way through and all...
Well i guess this is life ?
