I need to chanel certain excess energy or thoughts into more inspirational "stuff". So I've decided to write articles base on any random word I could find on my cute lil' thesaurus.

Argument
a reason given in proof or rebuttal b : discourse intended to persuade
That's the explaination I received from Marriam-Webster online dictionary; intended to persuade.
I simply love the way the English language is able to "glorify" such ugly actions into beautiful Latin alphabets which carves out a word so graceful and calm which is the exact oxymoron expression of what it should be; intended to PERSUADE
A couple, "persuading" each other during a "discussion"
Cabinet Ministers of Taiwan "persuading" their oppositions during their meetings
Persuasion to me, often brings out a nice heartwarming image of a little boy, at a departmental store, trying to sell his parents his pitch, to why he should grab that remote control car, or the latest ps3 or wii console. Though he might end up rolling on the floor, whining, crying or even screaming, it's still a better image compare to how adults deal with discussions.
Back to the main word, argument. A recent encounter, brings me back to those days, when I attempt to put a point across to someone I once loved . . .
The below mentioned scenario are absolutely fictitious and completely coincidental if it tells the same stories as any of my readers.
Girl, as always, loves to bring up the past, armed themselves with all available ammunitions before heading for war. Most of their intentions are basically to win the whole argument, and then later, put their points across.
Boy, trying to salvage the situation by simply being apologetic, hoping to just end it straight away. Not because he thinks he'll "lose" the argument, but the fact that shouting and screaming, pointing fingers or pin pointing at faults isn't at all what he loves to do TO the love of his life.
The battle begins, the outcome as expected. He ends up sitting on the parapet, face down, all you could see was his hair, faceless.
She stood up beside the car, absolutely exhausted from the outright relentless lambasting. Staring at him, mind blanked, wondering what has just happened. Obviously hoping for a reply; girls normally expects an argument to result in 2 ways communication which rarely occurs.
Minutes went by, the situation remains, she had finally cool down.
"So... do you have anything to say?"
He sat there, motionless, just like a corpse, except, you could "see" him breathing and the occasionally, the sniffing sound.
"Nope ..."
The quarrel continues, most of us will know why
- The end -
22years, 349 days, 23hrs 29mins old, I can only sum these beautiful mess for people by suggesting the following.
An argument between colleagues, subordinates, superiors, enemies etc should be an all out and out win/lose battle

An argument between he/she, who is going to be your lifetime partner, the love of your life or whatever you people call it, should be under a controlled environment. I called it the "Bias Discussion"
Why do you want to hurt the other party, be it intentionally or not, just by simply "winning" the argument or putting the point across with him/her beaten or wrecked into pieces? That differs from the your daily corporate battles or the the basic survival instincts in life. They are the ones, who would, walk this life with you together, your main source of motivation or your purpose in life. Precisely that point, why can't it be a peaceful talk. . .
Maybe, i'm too much of a dreamer, a fantasist, who still believes in happily ever after. But hey, what's wrong to dream and keep believing...
