The age old question on balance, what is the right balance???
In this world, we are born naturally into leaders and followers, that is the law of natural selection and it is an actual fact. Einstein's overrated quote "Genius is 1% talent and 99% percent hard work..." only holds true because in this imperfect world there are lazy people, fact remains if a more talented person puts in the same amount of effort as an ordinary person, the results are obvious.
Natural Selection:
the process whereby organisms better adapted to their environment tend to survive and produce more offspring. The theory of its action was first fully expounded by Charles Darwin, and it is now regarded as be the main process that brings about evolution.
Do not get me wrong, everyone MUST have dreams, dare to dream challenge your limits. BUT not everyone's cut up to be Usain Bolt, Thomas Edison, Jack Ma, Bill Gates and the lists goes on and on...
It's really frustrated seeing people bitting off more than they can chew, thinking and believing that they can do it without knowing their own strength and weakness...
