Just as the prophecy goes, I'll be running thin on dough this year. My income has increased from S$5,050 --> S$5,675 after the usual 20% CPF deductions excluding income tax, I should have more savings but doesn't seem to really work out LOL.
I did buy a couple of nice meals, spend a bit on the family, eat out a lot more and that's about it but my savings has been shyte.
I've always pride myself to have the freedom to spend on food without ever having to think but I guess I have to go back to square one now if I want to ever move to Toronto keke.
S$1000 loan repayment to mom
S$800 household expenses to mom
S$300 transport fare including uber
S$300 cable tv, fiber internet and mobile bills
S$1,500 food and misc expense
S$500 project toronto savings
S$500 insurance related
S$150 accural for income tax
=======
S$5,050
I still should have a nice S$625.00 which I've spent traveling to Korea and Penang on vacation keke. Of the expense above, I should be checking some of my shit insurance that I should cancel to free up S$100 a month, transportation via uber should be cut too, I should get another S$100 from there and that crazy food and misc expense should go from S$1,500 -> S$900 so S$600. If i do not travel for the rest of the year I should be able to save a further S$800.00 for the final quarter of the year.
The reason why I'm calculating is that I've decided I'll move in on my own which means my budgeting willbecome
