Phase of #LIFE
I know we all grow up, age, get sick and die, that's the natural law/rule of #life, but we jolly well do not all go through the same route right? whether a not we get the toilet paper, walk down the isle, have sleepless nights...
Yet I can't help but notice such similar phase...
We not only learn alphabets but understands what As Bs Cs meant
We not only learn how to add subtract multiply divide numbers but knew what they ultimately means
We not only learn the value of money but the "magic" or "hax" and power it entails
We start to attend Weddings
We start to attend baby showers
We start to discuss about parents being sick and how or where we should take them
We start to discuss how to take care of the sick, dying or the dead
We start to attend funerals
We start to host funerals
This strange thought came to mind when coincidentally 2 colleagues within the same office, though one has already left, their moms are sick. One's heart condition, needing a valve replacement and a heart bypass, the other has stage 4 colon cancer and left with 6months.
#LIFE
And while we're at it, did I tell you that a colleague who had 2 sons... had... so she lost her eldest one day, he came back from school, said he had a headache, fainted and in coma, 2 - 3 days later he was gone.
*shrugs*
People always say prepare for the future but seriously what the fuck is it about the future if there's no future? Time is now, the present...
