The first ever Korean movie that got my attention was Man from Nowhere, starring Won Bin. The film was so crazily sadistic when the villain shaft the hair dryer up the prostitute's vagina in a bid to force her to give up the stolen crack. Since then, I've been watching a lot more Korean movies for it's elaborated uncensored parts as well as the cinematographic which is explicitly evident in most Korean movies. One of the few which blown me away was Taxi, based on a true story, a taxi driver saved a German reporter during the military coupe down south.
